About the Owner/Manager...Don Wilson

Owned and managed rental property for over 40 years
I understand and accommodate military housing needs. My father was retired Air Force and one of my sons served three years in the Army.
Born and raised in a small town in southern Illinois (Olney)
Graduated from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) with a BA in Finance
Retired from banking after a 27 year career with Mercantile Bank of St. Louis. (Mercantile is now USBANK)
Married with three grown sons who have assisted me in apartment rehab and maintenance the past few years.
My wife, Mary, retired from Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital after 38 years as a registered nurse.
